Individual Memberships
Seniors

Senior Adult Memberships are for any individual aged 65 or older.
Adults

Adult Memberships are for an individual aged 17-64.
Children

The Child Membership is for any child aged between 0-17.
In our attempt to charge the perfect dollar amount for each membership, there are no multi-child discounts. Please see our FAQ section under “Contact Us” if you have more questions.

Senior Adult Couple Memberships are for any couple where one individual is aged 65 or older.

Adult Couple Memberships are for those aged 18-64.
Families

Family Memberships cover 4 family members at a time. This means that at any time during the month, any 4 family members can receive care from the clinic. For example, a family of 6 signs up for membership. During a month, 4 of the 6 may come to the clinic at any time for care. If the other 2 members need to be seen during the same month month, they can still be seen but will need to pay a fee equal to an additional monthly membership.

For businesses owners, offering healthcare options for employees is expensive. However, not providing his service will deter quality applicants. At Genesis, we offer businesses a membership option that will help ease the financial burden of healthcare costs. Though our membership is not health insurance, we can decrease premiums and keep your employees healthy and productive.
